My account is a mess and I can't get any help

I have been through almost 4 days of "hell" dealing with an account. I tried to play an account I haven't played for a few years. Found out it was hacked. Talked to billing and they got the account back and put it in my battlenet account. Found that 3 of the 4 characters were stolen. The one I did find, which is the one I'm on now is on a different realm and this name...

The GM said because this happened so long ago, he couldn't help and to contact billing. Well, Billing is on a permanent spin cycle and I can't get through. I need some help, PLEASE, someone. I've lost everything and I've been through hours upon hours just to get my account back. Can someone out there in Blizzardland help an old gamer before I give up :(

All I want to do is game a little with my daughters in the evening, and someone, somewhere, sometime in the past ruined my account.

I guess begging at this point would be a good term.

The last GM I spoke with in game was Belshemm

If possible can you give me the name of the characters? While I cannot promise you that the characters can be recovered I can definitely take a look here.

Hi Bouba,

After further looking into your issue it appears that our game masters were not able to find sufficient evidence of a compromise. This does not by any means indicate that the account was never compromise; however given the time of the incident these characters are ineligible for restoration.
