Authenticator on my account.

From the looks of things, CleansÃ¨, you have a fairly serious security issue. Several password resets have been requested over the last few days, most of which were requested from a foreign location. In order for a password reset to be processed, the first and last name must be provided along with the Battle.net email address, and the answer to the Secret Question. If this information is successfully answered, an email is sent to the registered email address with further details to change the password. In order for this step to complete, the other party would have had access to your email address.

The fact that there is an authenticator on the account indicates someone does have access to your email address. Before an authenticator can be applied to an account, a confirmation email is sent with additional instructions. Once the email is verified, only then will the authenticator be added to the account.
