Your recruit in turn recruited another player. This other player added a 60-day prepaid Game Card as a subscription method rather than a credit card. Game Cards will trigger the 1-month referral as well as the Rocket Mount immediately.
Your recruit opted to pay for his subscription via credit card. Since we have not officially charged him for his subscription yet, you have not received the rewards. It does appear as though he has a 3-month subscription scheduled to bill 9/3/10. If this subscription processes successfully, you will not only receive the 1-month of game time but also the ability to redeem the Rocket Mount.
