hi, my game time has expired, and i don't know why.

on my account it says active renews 09/30/2010.
so i assume my payment went out as planned.

i have no email from blizzard .

how do i find out what has happened ?

This is indeed an issue our technicians are still investigating, Tarkheen.

Try logging out and back in - all the way to your desktop, see if it clears up.
