Hey blizz I hope you read this. Recently I was banned for 3 hours. I accept I had to serve a 3 hour ban, but I was muted 2 hours prior to the ban and was wondering why I am still muted after getting FULL access back to my account Please reply asap I have had a ticket in for a while and nothing so far :/ so i thought I was contact you via forums :)

Suspensions and mutes are two entirely different things, Kurf.

3 hours would be without access to login.

24 hours is the normal spam mute when that has been applied.

You could petition and ask this be looked at for early remove via an ingame petition, but we may or may not be able to get to your request prior to it's natural decay.
