Did you initiate the race change yourself? If not, someone has indeed been messing about with your account.

Our paid services are having an issue at the moment, our technicians are working very hard to get all that addressed.

Well, someone did - that presents a whole other issue.

You are going to want to pursue this as a compromise. Finding out how someone got your information to initiate this is vital to preventing it happening again.

No, Artiemus I cannot.

And you need to find out how someone was accessing your account or that may not be the only thing they do, or the only repercussions that happen to your account - depending on what it's used for.

To do that, Artiemus - they had to have far more of your information than anyone else should ever have.

That's why if you didn't initiate this - you need to treat it as a compromise and find the source.

If you have malware on your system, or your email has been compromised, this will just happen all over again. You need to find the source. Just changing the password will do nothing if they can get their hands on it again.

The links I posted above have the information you need to go over. We cannot secure your system for you or make sure your email isn't compromised.

The best way to get that addressed is to call Billing in the morning.

You don't want anything to come back to haunt you later on this account. If someone used a stolen credit card for that transaction, you could find yourself with a locked account in a few weeks - or months, when they dispute it.

I'm trying to be helpful here, Artiemus, but now I am terribly curious why you aren't more concerned about the account in general....instead of just one character.

This account's history doesn't look like it's a stranger to compromises. While this may be frustrating now - what else can happen can be far more delaying and damaging if you don't find the source of this.
