I can't transfer my Death Knight

I am trying to transfer my Death Knight "Ravenhul" on the sisters of elune server to my other account on emerelad dream server. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. After i've selected the character, server, and account i get "Error has occured" not even a error message .
