Roomate unable to go to blizzcon question

My roomate, recently 2 weeks ago was laid off his job, and was forced to find a new job. The job he was just hired at... even this far notice won't let him take off for blizzcon even though it's paid for. (total BS if u ask me) He opted to give his ticket to his girlfriends brother since we already have ticets and hotel reserves.

Is there anyway to get the name on the ticket change from him to his GF's brother, or put in my name? We're tryin to figure out what to do so i can call the hotel.

Both tickets are under my battle.net account.

Your best bet in this situation, would be to contact Billing and Account services and see what options you have. They will let you know if this is possible or not.

Thanks ^, i did call em and they let me know that since the tickets were purchased with my account, i just need to bring the card i purchased them with, and my ID to claim the tickets. Then i could give the other ticket to whoever is chosen to go :p As always Blizz costomer service is helpful/nice as always.
