I don't know if its the right forum but i'm posting it here anyways help i got a message in game saying this:

Dear players,your account is complaints by other players,please visit account information site validate your information,or else will stop your accounts rights in one hour. Than its gives a link.

That would be someone trying to send you to a fake website to steal your account, Wow.

Just right-click the name and use Report Spam.

They would have a blue Blizzard logo. You can spoof chat lines to put <GM> in, they can't spoof our logo.
