A couple questions.

Over the past two weeks, a guild of ours has been having major problems with harassment, not from multiple people, but from -one- person. This person has gotten around the /ignore list with level one alts, posed as other members of the guild and various other things. So I have a couple questions.

1: Is posing as an officer an offense if it's used to take over a private channel and change passwords an offense?

2: Is posing as other people in the game in general an offense?

3: Is taking over a channel and banning people an offense if they used the methods above?

4: How many tickets have to be sent in before something is done? Over the past two weeks we (Being the guild and others involved) have send in between 30-50 tickets. Not for the same thing either, but for multiple events! We aren't trying to flood blizzard, this is just how much harassment is actually going on.
