I appreciate your replying to my thread and clarifying the situation. Though I have to say Im a little concerned about the possibility of not being made whole if Im unwittingly a party to an ill-obtained mount transaction. Regardless, thanks for the reply and thanks for looking up my ``duping'' example. I'm rather impressed that you went through the entire thread, not only saw that example, but then went ahead and looked into it. Very good work =)

P.S. Im not sure if Im supposed to not write thank you posts since I've been jumped on by so many trolls this last day. But I was impressed by your service, so I'll take that risk. Thank you!

As I said, Zdrasti, it really depends on what can be verified during the investigation.

Though appreciated writing to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com is usually the best way to send in thanks. I like more positive upbeat threads so I can't fault one when it appears. :)

The term troll is thrown around a lot and in many cases it simply doesn't apply. Though giving the correct information or otherwise contributing to a discussion is not trolling it is important for everyone to keep in mind that you are communicating in text. The tone of how you say something is just as important as what you say. Putting someone on the defensive usually elicits a knee-jerk reaction and the overall tone of the thread suffers, usually obscuring the original reason why the thread was made.

I hope everyone can keep this in mind in the future. :)
