[BUG] Hunter pets w/ WOTLK debuffs

Several hunter pets have old versions of some of the debuffs.

Off the top of my head:

Serpents and raptors debuff mobs for a total of a -20% armor -- It should only be -12% to keep it in line with the reductions applied to sunder armor, expose armor, and faerie fire.

Carrion birds are also debuffing for -600 AP @ 85. It should only be a flat -10% physical damage debuff. There are no longer any other -AP debuffs in the game castable by players.
