Problem with these forums.

I recently got some of my characters back after they were moved off my account, but now I have them back the person who had moved them has one of them banned from the forums and it's very annoying to try and post when I have done nothing to have this ban inplaced. Is there anyway to have this looked into or?

When contacting that e-mail address, Termanology, be sure to do so from the registered address on the account. Given the length of time since the ban was applied I'm not certain what can be done but they'll review it and let you know.

You said that you just got the account back, right? I would let them know that the account was not in your control at the time, and that you just worked with Billing and Account Services to regain control and discovered that during that time the compromiser got the forum privileges revoked.
