Getting an item restored.

Is it possible to request an item to be restored on a thread? If so, I need my old enchanting rod restored on my 80 Priest, Myhealmissed (Vek'nilash)
I got hacked a few weeks ago, and got everything restored the same day I called you guys on the phone to get everything fixed. You guys did awesome there, but for some reason, my Enchanting rod is missing. I'm not sure why that would be gone though, lol.

I'm sorry, Getodachoppa, but those of us who moderate this forum are unable to respond to restoration requests.

We are only able to provide restoration on the items that we can verify as lost. It is very possible that the item was simply missed during the process. Our Investigation Staff may be able to help though. Just submit an in-game petition, let them know that you are still missing an item. Give the name and what character had it and they'll take another look.
