umm can someone please help me i think my account got hacked cause i logged on and all my charecters were gone and replaced with new ones wtf is going !?!?!?!?!?! i'm really pissed please help me!!!!

As Fizzleßang mentioned, it will normally indicate the account is possibly locked for security purposes. This will normally allow the player(you), the opportunity to recover the account and lock out anyone that may have attempted to use the account.

If your password has been changed you will need to contact our billing and account services. Make sure you run an extensive virus scan on your computer before logging in. If you notice any missing items after logging in you will need to submit an in game ticket.
