I bought both Old Weather Flying and Master Flying at the same time. Prior to this purchase, my Flying Machine and Turbo-Charged Flying Machines worked, but only as ground mounts with some hilarious rotor-popping jump abilities. After the purchase, the Flying Machine gives an error message of "Requires Expert Flying to use" and the Turbo-Charged "Requires Artisan Flying [...]" I don't have a tailor, but I would imagine the other crafted flying mount has the same issue, if anyone would like to check.
