I paid for a month but I still can't get on?

So I got the message that my account would be frozen in thirty minutes and as it counted down I paid for another month. As I've always done, I've canceled the subscription just after I've payed and have never had a problem. Now my bank says there is a $1.00 pending charge from blizzard and my account is still frozen. Is this something new blizzard is doing because my bank hasn't changed a thing. Has this happened to any of you? Thanks.

Oh and I had to post this on a friends account because I'm not allowed to post without an active account? C'mon blizzard.
