I understand the over abundance of petitons now-a-days, but I was wondering if there was anyway to see how close/far my ticket was from being answered?
I filed the ticket on Tuesday, and I also followed up with an email with the screen shots and a more detailed expanation regarding my ticket and issue. Is there an email sent out saying "hey we got the screen shots and are working on it" ect?
I appreciate the hard work the GMs put in, and I have been 2/2 so far regarding GM quick and helpful responses.
Patience is a virture, so I am just asking for any clarification and staying patient.
