Poor Customer Service/CoD Mail issue

I mailed an item to someone CoD. I know i put the correct amount, I know that I selected CoD, else I would of sent him the gold. But he is claiming that he paid for the item and it is on his alt already. He told me he did it last night, so is the return mail supposed to take longer or what? I have had a ticket in for a long time now, and I am waiting to faction change my paladin, but cannot until I get this figured out.

Hi Vladimear,

Based on what I can see, there may have been some confusion. Make sure you have clarified the name of the item with the other player. It's possible that they may be experiencing an issue opening the mail. If so advise them to open an in game petition. If nothing is returned, the mail will expire in a few days.

You will need to wait until the item is returned. There are only two possible reasons for the mail to be lost.

1. The obvious, mail was lost. Our game masters will need to investigate accordingly and recover the mail.

2. The item is still sitting in a mailbox. If the item is not claimed it will expire and sent back to the sender.

In regards to your service concerns, I have mentioned this on other threads. We understand the wait times are not ideal and we are working on a long term solution. If you feel anything else should change you are are always welcome to post your thoughts on our suggestion forums.
