Account deleted? GM help

So i came back from college and tried to log into my account and it popped up that my mail/pass was incorrect , so i tried to use the "forgot password?" thing and it said my mail was wrong, my characters are still in the armory, and i can see the hacker changing toons while being in my account. So the facts are that i cant log in my account with the mail i use, my account has been stolen and prolly hacked to death. This would be the 2nd time i get hacked, need srs help, i changed all the passwords the last time i got hacked. How can i say this?: simple... i just created a trial account with exactly the same info of my stolen account with the same mail. Help me out asap please.

Since the email address on the account was changed, you will need to find a way to contact Account Services by phone, Uhh. This will be the quickest way to resolve this issue and recover the account. We receive calls from countries outside of the US daily. If it is a matter of cost, you may wish to try contacting us using a program like Skype.

With that said, please secure the computer before contacting us. Since the email address was changed, you may consider creating a new email address specifically for use with Battle.net. Detailed information can be found here:
