Cancelling Account

I am currently trying to cancel my account but am having trouble doing so- the page refreshes as soon as I hit the "Yes cancel it!" button. I have no luck on the phone either, what can I do to get this cancellation through?

No, can't have my stuff.

If the page is refreshing it's normally an issue with cookies.
