Character transfer

OK first question, can you transfer characters between accounts linked by the same battlenet.

If this is a no, then these next questions shouldn't matter

If he/she is transfered and that characters is say, a dranei going to a vanilla account, would I have to purchase a race change?

Would that characters professions go down to 300, or as ive read, go to 375 because of the BC trial.

Would that character keep its gear, achievements, anythign I forgot...

If I think of anythinng else I will edit this, thanks for the info.

Correct, Dunhilina, customers with expansion accounts cannot transfer characters to a non-expansion account. Though as stated above, the reverse is accepted.
