Should name calling be reported to GM

One thing I noticed on trade and in random dungeons is people name call alot. I don't like the exchange of curse words and insults I hear. I am putting as much as I can on ignore but once I ignore one another pops up. In random dungeon ques it's non stop. That negativity is sometimes focused on me even just because I don't meet another's expectation of playing style or dps meter. These insults and name callings do interrupt my fun with the game.

So the main question is should name calling and extreme insults be reported to GM?

Some name calling is useless or minor like people say "You're a noob". I don't pay attention to that type. I'm talking about insults like "You're a f****** mage and go suck *******". It's extremities like that. I censored the words as to not break rules or offend people.
