Cannot Faction Change, Mailbox Error.

Hi Blue,

I'm attempting to complete a character faction swap for Character Abie on Oceanic Realm Jubei'Thos and am receiving the following error: "An error has occurred on this page. A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox".

I've logged in to ensure my mailbox has been cleared (it is) and I have been trying for a couple of hours so new mail would have showed up by now. I have read Blizzard have a "spam" filter in game and assume this is the reason I am getting said arror.

Can you please clear my invisible mail or point me in the right direction if I am missing something.
