"Error retrieving character list"

ok i recently got my account back and talked to a Gm who restored all of my items, gear, and gold...but now when i try 2 log on it says 'error retrieving character list' and so i try 2 change realms and under my realmlist for Destromath, it says i have 11 characters, thus not allowing me 2 log on.....so i need to talk 2 some1 to have this fixed

I am glad to hear you were able to recover the account, Naturestouch.

Since you have 11 characters on one realm, we will need to delete one. Can you please provide the character name and realm of the character you would like removed?
