greetings!

I just opened up a second account and it came with a first month free subscription but i did have to pay for the game and was wondering why my toons on the new account are not allowed to recieve mail or to talk in /1.

I thought maybe it was because I was on my free first month but does that mean i have to wait a month before I can begin mailing my toons stuff?

If you purchased the game through the online store, Maice, you would have been subject to the same restrictions as if you upgraded a trial account through the same means. Meaning that while the purchase is processing, which can take up to 72 hours, leveling and trade skill restrictions will be lifted but other social restrictions will not (i.e. chat, mail, etc...).

I am sorry for what confusion and inconvenience this has caused.
