-----"So, at what point will I be able to redeem a X-53 Touring Rocket, specifically?

You—and all other veteran players—will be able to redeem this item once a recruit account is charged for 60 days of game time".----

Does this mean they have to pay for 60 consecutive days, or can they pay for a month, let it lapse for a month, then pay for another month?

The account you are posting from does not show any active Recruit-A-Friend invitations, Azelnitehawk. I do show two invitations that have expired, but neither of them were ever claimed.

Is it possible you sent the invitation from another account?

no i sent them from this account. but they did both get the game, i was there when one of them even claimed the 10 day trial.

Unfortunately, if they began the accounts as a trial they did not do so using the invitation you sent them. As such, no rewards will be granted.

Now i know that the second person i recruited kept her trial account and is using it, she has her characters from that account now. she has a lvl 40 lock and also a lvl 29 druid which is her trial character she made. the locks name is Keimeihakari and the druids is Whiabeacon. she uses the same email as the one from the trial.

The Recruit-A-Friend invitation was not used when your friend created the trial account, Azelnitehawk.

In order for the recruiter to be eligible for the rewards, the recruitee must use the Recruit-A-Friend invitation to begin the process.
