I use Chrome and Adblock and even when I use an exception for Adblock for any of the official wow sites I cannot even load them, let alone log on, unless I completely disable Adblock. I can't even browse the site or forums with it enabled. I have had similar problems for a while, but only for logging into battle.net.
I'm not certain what to tell you, Alvara. I use Firefox myself and rarely have an issue. Perhaps there is something within Chrome or Adblock that you can try that will allow you to load those pages, I'm not entirely familiar with that browser.
