Need a blizzard GM to reply

i have tryed calling billing and support but they are closed the only time i am able to contact them.. is there another way of sorting out this billing issue. like email or something besides phone call

I'm afraid Game Masters are unable to assist with Billing issues, Artiemus, and the representatives that patrol these forums are primarily here for direction and consultation rather than direct assistance.

It would depend on what the exact issue you are experiencing is, but there are several other avenues of contacting our Billing & Account Services department. I still highly recommend giving them a call in the morning, as other kinds of contact may result in a longer response time.
