Faction Change = Lost Rep/Achievements

I transferred to a different server and faction changed from Alliance to Horde this evening. There were some trivial items missing from my inventory when I logged on, but the thing that really hit me was the loss of my titles "of Ironforge" etc. which should've become "of Sen'jin" etc. and "The Crusader" which I worked very hard at the Argent Tournament to get!

I also found that I had not even discovered The Sunreavers (the Horde counterpart) on my reputation tab, and therefore was not exalted with them...though I had their Dragonhawk mount (which I purchased as a Silver Convenant Hippogryph) and that requires exalted with them.

Is this something that can be fixed?
