What information do I need to reactivate a account that hasn't been associated with a battle net account?

Can't remember the account name but I have the email it was registered with and all my info, well not the CC # probably.

If you cannot remember the account name or password and need help getting back into control of an account - Billing will be your first best option.

Do have your Battle.net account established first.
