Stuck at 99.99% exp, why?

I've been doing dungeons for a little bit trying to level, wondering why I haven't leveld to 61 yet, i look down and check my exp meter and im 28999/29000 exp till level 61. I go through another whole dungeons, it says im getting exp from kills but it won't let me level, after a dungeon i kill random npcs getting exp from those too and i still haven't leveled up. Why is this?

Is the character that you are posting from the character in question, Fryylock? Also, can you tell me what dungeon it is you are running?

I would agree that your WoW1's trial account access has ended, and without upgrading the account, it will not be able to be played again. Your WoW2 account, however, only appears to have a Burning Crusade trial key associated with it. I see no records of the Battle.net account that you are currently posting from having purchased the upgrade to Burning Crusade, or Wrath of the Lich King. If there is any sort of misunderstanding, and you believe that you should have access to any of the full retail expansions, I would strongly suggest contacting Billing & Account Services. They should be able to track down any purchases made, and help you with this situation more thoroughly. They can be reached by any of the following methods of contact:
