WOW Magzine MIA

This is probably not the appropriate place for this problem, but I can't seem to get a response from ANYWHERE. I subscribed to the new WoW Official Magazine and received the Feb. and May issues with no problems, but I have NOT received the August issue. I made several attempts via email to get a response from the magazine customer service email to no avail. I went to the accounts page and it doesn't even recognize that I exist, even tho I have forwarded copies of my original order in every communication. I am unable to find a PHONE NUMBER to contact a live person for help. I now feel ripped off (even tho the magazine if awesome) the customer service is non-existent. Has anyone had a similar problem and a way to reach these people so I can get my continued subscription which has been prepaid. I am frustrated and now angry that I can't get help in this matter from the powers that be.

Any help would be appreciated.

Issue #3 has not shipped yet, Jaxze, however when the magazine begins shipping to customers, the main World of Warcraft website will be updated.

Issue #1 shipped out in January and issue #2 shipped in May. Since the magazine is mailed out quarterly, it should be anytime now for issue #3.
