Transfer issues

I paid for a character transfer like 3 weeks ago and I haven't been able to transfer yet. The credit cards been charged and everything but it hasn't worked for some reason. Anyway I could get a refund?

Can you give me a character name/realm of the character in question, Brother?

I only see one connected to the account you are posting under and that was months ago, so likely not what you are referring to.
