Support Line Issue

Hi,
I just spent 35 minutes on hold for the Account Services and Billing line to get an extremely simple issue resolved. When the girl picked up, she asked me for my name and account username.
She "didn't hear any response from me", and after about 30 seconds of waiting, she hung up.
My phones microphone was working fine on other handsets, but something must have gone wrong.

Do I need to rejoin the queue? There's nothing else I can do. One of my characters is locked in a bugged "race change", which was initiated over 7 days ago.

I was looking into your issue and it appears the last representative you spoke to over the phone was able to get enough information to resolve your issue. Your race change transaction has been canceled.

Can you check your account again and let me know if you need any further assistance?
