Server + Faction Change and Flagged name

So I server transferred my shaman to my new main server and her name was flagged. I also bought a faction change.
During the faction change I changed the name to something I knew was available [because I deleted the previous character that had it]. I try to log in, and the character is still flagged.

Will this issue resolve itself with a simple game restart or will I need to contact an in-game GM to un-flag my character?

I would try to restart right now, but the log in servers are busy =3

I think this should be resolved now, Febuka.

And yes, this is sometimes a side-effect of multiple services to a character without logging in between steps - something to keep in mind if you plan on more of these :)
