Missing Companion Pets

I am writing this post because I am pretty disappointed in Blizzards response time for this issue. Yes I am fully aware that it is a low priority issue that could take time but I didn't think that validating my claim and resending the missing companion pets from my character would take over 2 weeks.

I opened a GM ticket in game and I am not sure when it was responded to seeing how it got stuck and didn't say there was any update. In fact the only reason I know that it had a response on it is because I was going to cancel that ticket to open one for my friends hacked account. However when I went to do that I finally saw a response stating that they saw that I was missing my companion pets Mr. Chilly and the Core Hound and they would be resending it. Well today has passed with no new mail. Is it safe to assume it will take another 2 weeks to get these pets?

I know when I setup for a server transfer that stuff is instant, I guess since I'm not paying any money to Blizzards for these requests they sit on the back burner. Overall I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled and hope that by posting here I can have it resolved sooner then 2 months down the road.

The Game Master that received your petition made an attempt to update your account in an effort to have the pets resent as they should have been, instead of simply mailing you the items. Unfortunately, it appears that their efforts did not resolve your issue. Had you used the "Need More Help" button, like you were asked, a Game Master would have seen that your pets had not been resent and would then make a judgment call as to what they feel would have been best to assist you.

I have taken the liberty of sending both pets, Mr. Chilly and the Core Hound Pup to you. You should be able to log onto Shirori now and find them in the mail. :0)
