Ok ive started 2 DKs already and everytime i end up lvl 57 with 80% when i get the Frostbrood quest (LK gives it to you to kill scarlet guys bla bla) and i cant summon it..ive tried and pretty sure to complete all quests before going into that phase and well i really dont get it. if someone has some info that could help me please id appreciate it.

I've seen several of these reports and in nearly every case resetting your User Interface has resolved the issue.

You can try simply disabling your addons and giving it a try but you may need to return your UI to default. If disabling does not work please visit the following Support Article, Unliving, and follow the instructions based on the operating system you may be using.
