Recruit a friend not recieveing x3?

Ive recruited one of my friends but his not getting the 300% experience?
I made a new character and we are both the same level yet his not recieveing the x3 experience?
Also when he logs in it says Wow1 Wow2??
ive been reading articles else were and i think he upgraded the wrong account?

Please helpp :))

It does sound like your friend upgraded the wrong account, Bosniork. Our Billing & Account Services Department can take care of this for you. =)

You may contact Billing by phone at 1 (800) 592-5499 between the hours of 7am to 8pm Pacific Standard Time, any day of the week. Oceanic players should instead dial 1-800-041-378. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].

I do apologize for the wait time on our phone lines - we're working to improve our queue times, but some of the changes are taking some time to implement.

Be sure to have the name and realm of a character on each account you are trying to link together. This will ensure the Billing representative you speak to will be able to confirm they are looking at the right accounts.

As much as I would like to assist directly with this issue, I'm afraid I can only offer advice on the situation.

If you are still in queue and on hold, don't hang up! Our Billing Representatives will stop taking new calls when their hours end, but they will finish any that are currently in queue.
