Hacked - Authenticator check?

Hi,

It was a nice surprise this morning to wake up and find out that my sister's account had been hacked and my guild bank was emptied.

The reason she had access to more than the first tab (the rest being me and my husband's personal space) was because she had an authenticator.

I was wondering if I could be told if the authenticator is still on the account that did the looting?

Also, am I just supposed to make an in-game ticket for this?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide details of another players account, so I cannot confirm one way or another if an authenticator was on the account at the time of the compromise. You may wish to speak with your sister and explain the situation to her. She may have more insight as to what occurred.

I glanced in at your sister's account, Wren, and it looks like she has already been referred to our Investigators for recovery. She should have received some e-mail, so have her check when she gets a chance. =)
