Is [email protected] a valid address that receives e-mails? I got an e-mail from Blizzard about everyone's favorite forum topic of Real ID (and yes, I checked the headers and it's legitimate) saying that if I had any questions or concerns, I should reply to the e-mail and I'd get a response from a representative. But I thought that e-mail address was only for sending out promotional e-mails; am I just confused or what? :)

While the e-mail [email protected] is valid, the content of the e-mail sounds a mite suspicious to me.

You may, as Pahanda suggested, want to check the headers of that e-mail. If you need help with that, I recommend checking out the following information:

Well, the header does look in order, but I believe the e-mail they wanted this specific correspondence sent to is [email protected].

If you have any questions or comments regarding the whole Real ID situation, that would be the best e-mail to direct that to. =)
