I was hacked last week and I just wanted to take time to thank the customer service people who helped me get my account back. I was lucky that they didnt delete my characters or take anything. But god knows what they have done on my characters. If they offended anyone in the game or anything else I am so sorry and I have changed my email/password all together. I do realize though it was nobody's fault but mines. Some how I got caught into one of those fake emails. When I hit that link and it showed the battle.net website I assumed it was real. So again thank you customer service for outstanding job. Well besides putting me on hold, my punishment is now having nitemares for awhile hearing that music playing constantly in my ears. Arrghh. lol

Being compromised really can be a nightmare, Sneaky. I'm glad to hear we were able to fix things up for you. =)

If you haven't had the opportunity, let your Game Masters know how they did by sending an e-mail to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com - this feedback goes straight to their supervisor, and they would be happy to hear any constructive criticism you might have!
