About two weeks ago I opened a ticket concerning a heroic achievement meta not showing up in my achievement panel. I haven't gotten a response in-game or via email, so I'm wondering if it somehow bugged out or is it actually taking two weeks for an answer?

Edit: The achievement is for defeating Heroic 25man Blood Queen Lana'thel. (Heroic: The Crimson Hall)

Not currently, Rekii, queue times are only around 1-2 days for most issues. Now it does look like your petition was addressed but it seems to have become stuck.

It looks like you received an in-game response but were unable to read it. Basically, there is a known issue with the display on this achievement. It does look like you did receive credit once you receive credit for the other kill in Heroic the penal should show up.

Sorry for the confusion. Our Developers are working on correcting the display issue.

I've closed down the petition you had open to hopefully avoid any further errors.
