Cannot Train Profs

QQ!!! I cannot train my Profs with my level 20 shaman anymore. Like i max a few Profs like Cooking i cant Train it. Like i went to major cities. Still no! In the past when i was leveling my Eng i seen like Flying Goggles(100)Level 20! I cant Even find it anymore like i cant train it it like Disappear on me. IDK it's just me or the game. I haven't tried my other chars tho. All im worrying about my Shaman Profs. So is there anyways that you guys can help me.

When you speak with the trainer, Farewell, there should be a drop down menu on the upper right side of the interface. Make sure you have Available shown as opposed to Unavailable or Already Known.
