This is something we can look into, certainly.

The quest and item name in your petition - as well as the name of the correct item are extremely useful bits of information in this case.

but its been a few weeks though is that alright?

Should be ok, we do know what quests you've completed - etc.

Be something we can look into for you.

Q u o t e:
why does it take so long for a gm to answer a petition?

Because you aren't the only person who sent in a petition, Grazbek. There are thousands upon thousands of petitions submitted and given the number of issues that we help with it takes time to get to each and every one.

Current queue times are around 1-2 days and your petition will be addressed as soon as possible.

Now, looking at your petition I'd highly recommend that you edit it to include some specific information regarding your request. You state that you grabbed the wrong quest item but you don't mention what that item is, what the quest is or what item you want.

Our In-Game Support staff can look into your request regardless of if you are online or not but they do need some information to go on. :)

what if we arent online when a GM reaches your ticket?

If there is sufficient information in the petition they will be able to look into your request and possibility grant it. That is why I recommended that you edit your petition to include the name of the item you have, the quest you received it from (if you can recall) and the name of the item you would like instead.

As long as you edit your petition you will retain your position in line.
