RaF banned for giving me 5 gold?

Hey guys i just wanted to know if it was against game rules for my RaF to give me 5 gold for skills to help me out. We both just started again and i wanted to start over, and this is really killing are leveling since he can't log onto his account over 5 gold. Any help would be much appreciated. Ty in advance

We can't share information with a 3rd party, but I would highly recommend your friend scan his system for malware and make certain his email is secure.

This looks highly suspicious for a compromise, which would have prompted this action.

I'd also highly recommend he look into getting an authenticator as an added layer of security for his account.
