in game ticket open. Account Management site still claiming nearly 10 hours later that I still have in-game mail incoming. Please resolve so that I can move servers.

Not only that but I agree the people whom are waiting in line before me are just as important...But wouldnt the same be true for me. I have seen 2 people with EXACTLY the same problem and wording as me, come in, post ont he forums....and then have the issue resolved by a forum admin in 10 minutes. I have now been pressing this issue for about 12 hours to have no response. So while I want to respect fairness for others I think It should be respected for me as well
