Character Update? Not working , cant log in .

Hi , I am trying to do a Server/faction change , but it is not working , It says I cant . Then when I log on to enter the world on this toon , it says "Unable to play until the recent character update is complete" But the last time I server or faction changed was well over 2 months ago , and I have played them since then . Please help .

I do see these locked, and there is a Billing note here about chargebacks, Tough.

You do need to contact Billing on this, I'm afraid this one is totally in their jurisdiction.
