BG Auto-Follow Bots - Out of Control

I'd like to express my disappointment with your GM's.

Nearly half of the 'players' in BG's are auto-follow bots.

Last night for example, I had three auto follow bots following me in a WSG, with a total of 7 bots on the team. That's right - we only had 3 players, including myself.

Later in SOTA, half the team was either running into walls or auto following.

I ticket these bots daily, but 1 week later, the same guys are still doing it. It's like my GM tickets just get thrown out into the recycling bin. You're just motivating more players to bot themselves, since it's blantantly obvious that your company doesn't care weather someone bots or not.

Will you EVER fix this? As someone suggested before, why not incorporate a capcha at the start of the game, and one at the end? If the one at the end is not entered, all the honour accumulated thoghout the BG could be voided.

I know you are frustrated and you feel as though your reports are not being addressed and we are not taking action against botters in BG's. All reports are investigated.

What is key to submitting a ticket we can investigate is not only including the name of the player in question but also the realm they are on. Some of the tickets we receive do not include the realm name and as such this makes conducting an investigation that much more difficult.

This forum does get read by our developers. While not every idea or thought gets implemented into the game, I can assure you the posts do get reviewed.
