Flying spam monkeys - I hate them so much

The title kind of says it all. I report the flying level 1 warlocks every single time I see them although they've disappeared inside 2 minutes usually but I still log the complaint, but its getting that I really dread entering a capital city.
2 nights ago I was bouncing aorund between about 4 or 5 servers (yes I have alt-itis! lol) and, on both factions, without exception, every single one had the flying spambots in it near the AH (the one place I needed to go to).
I tried a quick 'piccolo of the flaming fire' on a couple while they were going through their 'sleeping' phase on the ground but it didn't work.
I don't know what else to do. I have to write a ticket every time, as obviously I can't 'report spam' on them (which is faster but not applicable in this case). I'm starting to get seriously fed up with it (the spam bots that fly not the ticket writing although that's starting to wear a bit thin as well to be honest).
I've tried angling my camera so I don't notice them as much (although they wizz around into view constantly so its not easy), Ive tried going to other cities (only to discover them there too).
I really hope you guys are working on closing whatever 'hole' that allows them to do this - really I'm posting to ask what ARE you doing about it as its getting really bad.

Cheers :)

Q u o t e:
Why hasnt Anything been done about this, they are actually defying the physics of the game and well if they can do that whats to say they can break other codes in the game.

Actually, Dkoresh, they are not. They are exploiting mechanics that are in the game, many of which allow your character to move. Our Developers are working on implementing preventive measures but as you can imagine it is not an easy task. They need to be able to prevent this type of advertising without adversely affecting legitimate players.

Persephoney, we understand the frustration these "flying spam monkeys" are causing, we don't like them any more than you do. There are several things in the works that we hope will improve things a bit.

as soon as activi$ion took over blizzard stopped caring about customer service and started only caring about profits.

That's why nothing has been done. it's all downhill from here.

Do we get to make up things about you now, Bamzor? Is that how this game is played? Activision has not taken over and they have nothing to do with how Blizzard is run and we care a great deal about our players and this game, more so then you can possibly imagine.
